Our park is designed with pull-thrus that
are over 60' long and 31' plus wide....which easily accommodate the largest of RVs with multiple slides and tow vehicles. We can accommodate motorhomes, 5th wheels &
pull behind trailers along with parking at your space for additional vehicles & your ATVs

can get on the Paiute Trail right out the back of our park on a private road leading directly to the trail. NO crossing streets
or driving along highways necessary to access the trail....

Our
park is located on the north end of Marysvale and we have saved you a place at our place away from the rat race! You
can make our park into your home base, which has stunning views overlooking a beautiful green valley and the Sevier River,
while you head out to explore and ride your ATV/UTV on the Paiute Trail. Enjoy the country setting and touch the stars
at night! Trial #02 runs right along the back of our property and you can get on the trail right from our park on a
private road leading directly to the trail. Our park amenities will greatly enhance your stay in the Marysvale area.
Ride your ATV/UTV over a beautiful trail for breakfast, lunch or dinner at the Prospector Cafe’, Hoovers Cafe’,
Big Rock Candy Mountain Cafe’, Butch Cassidy's Hideout Cafe’ or just barbecue at your RV. At night put your
feet up and relax under the stars.......come once..........and you'll be back!
Along with ATV riding you'll also enjoy all of the Utah
activities including Four Wheeling, Mountain Biking, Fishing, Swimming, Hiking, Whitewater Rafting, Hunting, Ice Fishing and
more. When you are on the trail you can visit Marysvale Falls, Barney Lake, Manning Meadows, Monroe Peak, Bullion Canyon
Miners Park and much more. We are your gateway to Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon Park and Brianhead.
